Too much busyness means too little life.
To a remarkable degree personal unhappiness is caused by the media telling us that we cannot be happy without something they are selling. The media even try to sell us things that cannot legally be sold- such as women. Rather than sell the women directly they tell us that we will get the woman (or man) if we buy a car from them.
The happier we are, the less money can be made from us. Happy and content people do not have a hole to fill in their lives and so they cannot be sold to.
Simplicity is our escape.
